You will have…
- Sound knowledge of key operational departments within the lodge including Guest Services, and Housekeeping
- Operational experience and passion for working with the Food and beverage team.
- A great sense of humour and the ability to instil this approach in your team
- The ability to develop and mentor team members
- Strong financial acumen and organisational abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of guests and team members
- Experience with RMS reservations system and Microsoft Office programs
