The Role
From refined dinners in Appellation restaurant or more casual fare in Contour bar, The Louise kitchens draw direct inspiration from Australia’s global wine and food region. This role will see you:
- Running services in both Appellation and Contour
- Preparing the restaurant for service and working with the F & B manager to run the department
- Assisting to lead and develop our dynamic front-of-house team
- Working across all aspects of food and beverage operations
What we’re looking for
- Experience within the luxury hotel or up-market restaurant scene
- Flair for organisation with high attention to detail
- Impeccable presentation
- Outstanding guest relations and communication skills
